Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Content Strategy: Develop content strategies, themes, messaging, formats, and monthly content calendars based on target audience and brand positioning.
- Lead Generation & Business Growth: Develop and optimize social media initiatives to generate leads, improve conversions, and support business growth.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube , and other relevant platforms.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns based on campaign objectives and performance.
- Audience & Competitor Research: Conduct audience, competitor, market, and industry research to identify opportunities and strengthen content and marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop and oversee engaging, relevant, and platform-specific content.
- SEO & Analytics: Apply SEO best practices and use tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics to track and improve performance.




- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data and campaign results.
- AI-Assisted Content: Effectively use AI tools for content research, ideation, creation, and optimization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, design, and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and marketing execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or a similar role.
- Robust understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation .
- Proven experience in developing and managing end-to-end social media strategies .
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube , etc.
- Strong understanding of paid social media campaigns and performance marketing .
- Excellent content strategy, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities .
- Experience managing social media for multiple industries or business segments will be an advantage.
