Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to highlight Aurigans India’s brands, spaces, and experiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing photo and video content, writing compelling captions and stories, and adapting brand messaging for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, brand, and operations teams to capture on-ground activities, promotions, and customer experiences at airports and campuses.

The Social Media Content

Creator will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience interactions, and refine content based on insights and trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in social media content creation,



including short-form video, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for captions, posts, and stories.
- Experience with social media platforms, publishing tools, and basic analytics to track and optimize performance.
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, basic photo/video editing software, or similar applications.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, audience engagement, and current social media trends.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working closely with on-site teams in dynamic F&B; environments.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Preferred: Prior experience in hospitality, F&B;, lifestyle, or retail content creation; a portfolio of social media work is highly advantageous.
- Preferred education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
