Position Overview:

We're looking for a camera-friendly Video Content Creator to front our YouTube and Instagram content, taking videos from idea to upload for students aged 17 to 25.

Core Responsibilities:

- On-Camera Hosting: Present videos, Shorts, and Reels in Hindi and English.
- Trend Research: Track what's working with students aged 17 to 25.
- Scripting & Thumbnails: Write hook-driven scripts and design click-worthy thumbnails.
- Production Alignment: Coordinate with the production team to create and publish content on time.




- AI Tools: Use Claude and Gemini for research and image generation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory Requirements

- Confident on camera
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Robust grasp of Gen Z student content
- Scripting and thumbnail design skills
- Hands-on with Claude and Gemini

Preferred (Added Advantage)

- Personal channel or content portfolio
- Basic video editing skills
