Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and passionate Product Trainer with a strong understanding of skin science, skincare, skin concerns, and professional treatments. The role involves conducting product and treatment demonstrations, training salon partners, and working closely with the Sales & Technical Training teams.

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, people-oriented, self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about the skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product and treatment demonstrations for prospective salon partners and key stakeholders.
- Deliver training programs for new and existing clients across assigned regions.
- Plan and execute training schedules while taking complete ownership of training completion.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team for assigned regions and clients.
- Work with the Senior Training Manager to plan and coordinate training programs.




- Meet prospective clients as scheduled by the Sales Team or Senior Training Manager.
- Build strong professional relationships with salon partners and clients.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of skin science, skin concerns, skincare products, and treatments.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Technical Training Team to support business and training objectives.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant work experience; freshers with strong skincare knowledge may also be considered.
- CIDESCO certification is essential.
- Solid understanding of skin, skin concerns, skincare, and skin science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable conducting product/treatment demonstrations and training sessions.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- Passion for the skincare and beauty industry.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, evolving environment.
