Job Responsibilities

- Business Development &

• Sourcing:

Drive recent business and lead generation for Micro LAP and micro-housing finance through direct sourcing,



open markets, and field visits.
- Income &

• Credit Assessment:

Evaluate customer eligibility and income levels through personal discussions and direct field assessments.
- Loan Processing &

• Documentation:

Manage end-to-end loan lifecycles, including application form filling, document collection, verification, and follow-ups up to the disbursement stage.
- Portfolio &

• Repayment Tracking:

Monitor and ensure timely repayments of disbursed loans to maintain healthy portfolio quality.
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a front-end sales team, setting individual targets and tracking daily/monthly productivity.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, tracking metrics like Turnaround Time (TAT) and target achievements.
