We are looking for a passionate and skilled Skill Training Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, mentoring learners, and helping students develop practical and career-oriented skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct engaging and interactive skill training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical activities.
- Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey.
- Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate support.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and skill-development activities.
- Keep training content updated according to industry requirements.
- Maintain student attendance, performance, and training records.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Support students in developing communication, professional, and employability skills.
