# Key Responsibilities

# Training & Development

- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Develop and deliver modules covering products, processes, systems, and customer interactions.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Create training materials, SOPs, knowledge-base articles, presentations, and assessments.

# Sales & Customer Support Enablement

- Train Sales teams in consultative selling, objection handling, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
- Train Customer Support teams in communication, process adherence, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct refresher sessions to address performance gaps and process updates.
- Ensure teams remain aligned with organizational goals and quality standards.

# Performance Monitoring

- Measure training effectiveness through evaluations, audits, and performance metrics.
- Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps.
- Partner with Team Leads and Managers to create improvement plans.
- Maintain training records, reports, and performance dashboards.

# Process Improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update content based on business requirements.




- Recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and training methods.
- Stay current with industry trends, learning techniques, and best practices.

# Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Sales Training, Customer Support Training, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Support processes.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

# Preferred Skills

- Experience in EdTech, counselling, customer service, or sales-driven environments.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and training assessment tools.
- Experience creating process documentation and SOPs.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
