Role Overview The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-ground construction activities at the Raheja District project, ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety standards. The role requires strong coordination across multiple work fronts in a fast-paced, large-scale development environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily construction activities across assigned zones/towers at the Raheja District site.

2. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

3. Coordinate with Civil, MEP, faade, and finishing teams for smooth workflow.

4. Monitor contractor and labour performance to ensure productivity and timely delivery.

5. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to Raheja Universal standards.

6. Enforce strict compliance with safety (EHS) norms across all site activities.

7. Track progress and report delays, bottlenecks, or site issues to the reporting manager.

8. Maintain daily reports on progress, manpower, and material usage.

9. Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials at site.

Support in minimizing rework, optimizing resources, and achieving project milestones efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of high-rise/township construction processes

- Ability to read and interpret drawings (civil + basic MEP understanding preferred)

- Good coordination skills in a multi-contractor setting

- High attention to detail and execution focus

- Strong awareness of safety standards in large sites

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Civil Engineering

- Experience: 10+ years in real estate construction

- Mandatory exposure to large-scale residential / township / high-rise projects

- Experience working with reputed developers or EPC companies preferred

- Quality of execution with minimal defects/rework
