- Supervise daily solar installation activities at site.
- Manage manpower, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper installation of modules, structures, cabling, inverter, and earthing.
- Monitor work quality, safety, and project progress.
- Check material availability and usage.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and work records.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Site Engineer.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
