Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

- Ensure execution of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.

- Interpret civil construction drawings, structural drawings, and BOQs.

- Manage slab casting cycles and vertical construction progress (G+10+ projects).

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance as directed by Site Engineer / Project Manager / Quality Head.

- Enforce construction safety standards and PPE compliance as directed by Project Manager / Site Engineer / Management.

- Manage subcontractors, labor teams, productivity, and construction timelines.

- Maintain daily site documentation.





Education and Experience Requirements

- Minimum 10th or 10+2.

- 5-10 years of experience in real estate construction.

- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects (G+10 or above).

- Robust knowledge of RCC structural works, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
