SKC Engineering is looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at our project site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work progresses safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating effectively between labor, contractors, engineers, and management.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction/engineering activities to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Monitor workmanship and ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Allocate tasks to site labor, supervisors, and subcontractors, and monitor productivity. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Maintain daily progress reports,



material consumption records, and site diaries. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, and design team to resolve in office issues promptly. Inspect materials and equipment delivered to site for quality and quantity, and manage inventory. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government/statutory authorities as required. Identify and escalate potential delays, risks, or resource shortages to management. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of tools, machinery, and equipment on site.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
