Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mylapore, responsible for overseeing day-to-day installation and execution of interior hardware and related works at customer locations. The role includes coordinating with clients, designers, and installation teams, ensuring that work is completed on schedule and in accordance with quality standards and safety guidelines.

The Site

Supervisor monitors material usage, checks measurements and fittings, and resolves in office issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.



Daily tasks also include reporting progress, documenting site activities, and supporting adherence to project plans and company procedures.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising on-site interior or construction work, including coordination of installation teams and vendors.
- Knowledge of interior hardware, fittings, and basic construction practices, with the ability to read and interpret drawings or layout plans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple sites or tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and cleanliness at the worksite.
- Ability to work on-site in Mylapore and travel to nearby project locations as required.
- Prior experience in interior projects, hardware installation, or site supervision is preferred.
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification in civil, interior design, or related field is an advantage.
