Site Supervisor – Interiors

Job Summary

CRIB FACTORY Furnitures & Interior is looking for a responsible and energetic Site Supervisor – Interiors to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at interior project sites.

The ideal candidate should be willing to work at different project locations, coordinate with workers and ensure that site work is completed according to the required quality and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior and furniture installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers and other workers.
- Monitor work progress, quality and finishing.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, measurements and project requirements.
- Check materials received at the site and report shortages or damages.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding site requirements and progress.
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and reduce wastage.
- Identify and report site issues and help resolve them quickly.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety and discipline.
- Coordinate with clients when required.




- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.

Requirements
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior, furniture or construction site supervision is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and interior work.
- Ability to understand basic drawings is preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Malayalam is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
