We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and subcontractors, monitoring work progress, coordinating materials, and ensuring that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and project specifications.
- Check quality of workmanship and ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries to the site.
- Take measurements and maintain basic site records.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.




- Provide regular updates to the project manager/management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in a contracting/construction firm.
- Good knowledge of site execution and construction activities.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Valid driving licence and two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
