Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall site execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise a team of workers, providing guidance on RCC, Mivan shuttering, brickwork, finishing works, and high-rise building construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to ensure project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or delays.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in civil site supervision for real estate construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete), Mivan shuttering systems, and high-rise building techniques.
- Proven track record in managing multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
