We are hiring Civil Site Supervisors with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing construction sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to handle site operations properly, and coordination with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
- Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment
- Monitor quality and safety standards at the site
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers
- Maintain site records and progress reports

Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience
- Diploma Civil / ITI Civil / B.Tech Civil (or equivalent)
- Ability to handle site operations independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
