URGENT HIRING SALES MANAGER

Join Ananda Vihara Vacation Retreat and be part of a growing team working on a premium hospitality and investment project in Tirupati.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager who can drive sales, generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings and site visits, and build strong long-term customer relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, following up with prospective customers, converting leads into bookings, conducting site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer enquiries and generate new sales leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Schedule and manage customer site visits.
- Present and explain project details, ownership benefits, pricing and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads through calls, meetings and other communication channels.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and overall sales targets.
- Coordinate with the management and internal teams for smooth customer handling.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives for the project.

QUALIFICATION
- MBA / PGDM preferred.
- Graduates with strong relevant sales experience may also apply.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Investment Sales or related sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Telugu and English – Required.
- Hindi – Preferred.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on sales conversion.
- Two-wheeler / personal vehicle required.
- Candidates from Tirupati and nearby areas preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS
- Fixed Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month
