Job Summary The SRE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability and performance of customer-facing systems across client applications. The role involves applying SRE principles to maintain system health, proactively monitor applications, automate operational tasks and manage incidents within defined SLAs. The engineer will handle change management activities, work closely with CAB for production deployments, conduct chaos testing, manage certificates and support new cluster deployments.

They will also drive problem management, create runbooks, participate in mock drills and collaborate with InfoSec and bank teams to ensure security and compliance.
