Installation Site Manager Falcon AutoTech

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Site Manager shall be responsible for project planning and scheduling of project Installations.
- He would be responsible to interact with cross functional teams (Design/Assembly/Purchase)
- Review dispatch plan and modules list, ensure to have all relevant documents in hand.
- Responsible to complete project installation on time with quality and delivery to Customer.
- Lead and supervise Mechanical, Electrical Engineers and Store personnel at site.
- Prepare weekly and monthly installation and manpower plan based on material schedule.
- Prepare one-week advance work planning to contractor to align manpower accordingly.
- Coordinate with Project team for pending material availability.
- Coordinate and effectively manage Contractor manpower and ensure no idle/rework. Ensure to progressively assess contractor manpower and keep updating manpower attendance and send this to TL/MIS Executive on weekly basis.
- He should have valuable understanding and experience to handle contractors in all situations.
- Review, assign, allot and control schedule plan on google sheet.
- Timely update of material requirement on googles sheet.
- Ensure that work should be done in compliance with industrial safety standards.
- Regular review of daily task allocation, projects lag / lead, form filled etc. in google sheet.
- Site Manager should send weekly progress report in defined format.
- Review and certify contractor's bills with respect to work done (on prorate basis).
- Prepare RCA (root cause analysis)



of faults and share findings with concerned dept and ensure that RCA to be submitted on same day for any idle/rework/extra-work of contractor.
- Identify snag/punch points and record it on google sheet with remedial action plan.
- Site Manager to highlight/escalate personal and professional (including site prerequisites) challenges faced during inst.
- Prepare and share daily progress report and weekly progress report of mezzanine and machine installation with project team and installation central team on email with supporting photographs and work completion percentage. Also share it on project WA group with internal & external stakeholders.
- Train, coach, and support team and engage them on project effectively.

Basic Requirements:

- BE or BTech in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering
- He should have minimum 8 years’ experience as Site Manager / Project Manager at site, preferred in warehouse automation, conveyor, material handling equipment installations
- Familiar with MS Suits, Auto-CAD, Project Management Tools etc.
- He should read and understand layout, GA, assembly, fabrication, cable laying, control panel drawings and familiar with Quality Assurance & Control and design BOQ documents.
- Experienced and familiar about various mechanical and electrical tools required
- Ability to control large team at Site (100+manpower from contractor)
- He should be a good team player and great leader in managing cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in Written and Spoken English & Hindi.
- Strong tough mindset.
- Must to have conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and responsible to meet installation timeline.

Experience in Logistics/warehouse automation Industries will be a plus.
