Job Summary

Responsible for overall Site Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) of the Cast House Plant, with primary focus on Safety, Equipment Reliability, Productivity, Cost Control and Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall Operations & Maintenance activities at site.
- Ensure protected, reliable and efficient plant operations.
- Plan and monitor Preventive & Predictive Maintenance activities.
- Drive plant performance through KPI monitoring and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HSE compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor equipment availability, downtime and maintenance effectiveness.
- Lead RCA, CAPA and Asset Optimisation initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Client teams.
- Manage manpower,



resources and site-level operational requirements.
- Review reports, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead the team and ensure achievement of overall O&M; KPIs.

Candidate Profile

- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Aluminium / Cast House / Process Industry O&M;.
- Proven experience in site/team leadership and plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, equipment reliability and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage critical situations and deliver operational targets.
