Job Overview

We are hiring an energetic and hands-on Site Engineer / Supervisor to oversee day-to-day solar PV installation activities across commercial, industrial, and residential rooftop projects. You will be responsible for conducting exact technical site measurements, managing installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring top-tier work quality, and strictly adhering to safety and DISCOM guidelines.

The ideal candidate has strong technical execution skills, field-level problem-solving ability, and proven experience in solar PV mounting structures, electrical wiring, and quality control checks.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or ITI (Wireman / Electrician).
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on site supervision experience in Solar PV rooftop or ground-mounted projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of AC/DC solar wiring, stringing, earthing systems,



and inverter installation.
- Ability to read and execute work according to Electrical SLDs, civil drawings, and structural layouts.
- Hands-on familiarity with testing instruments (Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Megger, Earth Tester).
- Attributes: Strong team management skills, willing to travel to project sites, and capable of working in field conditions.
