Role & responsibilities

- Oversee Day-to-day construction activities at the site

- Ensure work is done as per drawings and specification

- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors

- Monitor quality of work and report issues if any
- check material usage and ensure proper utilization

- Maintain basic site reports and documentation

- Assist in planning and scheduling of work

- Ensure safety practices are followed at the site

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

- 4-6 Years of experience in Construction/Real Estate project

- Basic Technical knowledge of construction

- Ability to read drawing
