Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution: Manage daily construction work for pump pits, machinery foundations, and plant walls.
- Drawing & BBS Management: Read structural and civil drawings, and prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for reinforcement.
- Quality & Vibration Control: Supervise deep foundation casting designed to absorb heavy vibrations from large industrial pumps.
- Material & Cost Tracking: Calculate material quantities, check concrete mix quality, and prevent site wastage.
- Team Coordination: Direct local contractors, labor teams, and coordinate smoothly with mechanical and electrical departments.
- Safety & Reporting: Enforce safety gear usage (PPE) and write daily progress reports for project managers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.Role & responsibilities
