Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at site.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate execution.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.

- Monitor project progress and support timely completion of milestones.

- Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction.

- Ensure compliance with safety norms and site safety practices.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation.

- Check measurements, quantities, and material consumption.

- Support billing, BOQ verification, and contractor payments.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants.

- Identify site issues and provide technical solutions.





- Ensure work is executed with positive construction practices.

- Maintain all records of work executed and checked such as checklists and pour cards.

- Conduct post-concrete inspections, material reconciliation, bills, and debit notes.

- Ensure proper material storage and usage at site.

Requirements

- Must have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience.

- Must be a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Must have experience working in the real estate sector.
