Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Check site measurements and ensure proper execution of work as per drawings.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for daily construction activities.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to maintain required quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, work records, measurements, and site documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the planning team regarding daily and weekly work targets.
- Review drawings and communicate technical requirements to site supervisors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and project specifications.
- Participate in site inspections, measurements, and progress review meetings.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Building construction experience is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at a building construction project site.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in residential buildings, commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
