We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor site progress, and ensure that work is completed safely, accurately, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers.

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship used at the site.

- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of construction work.

- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports and work records.

- Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

- Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues in coordination with the concerned team.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

- Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or issues to management.

- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.





- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.

- Monitor workers' productivity and assign work according to project requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and management whenever required.

- Maintain proper documentation related to drawings, measurements, materials, and site progress.

- Support project planning, execution, and completion activities.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Experience in construction/site supervision is preferred.

- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.

- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and plans.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.

- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
