– SITE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities / KRA:

- Site Execution
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.
- Quality Control
- Maintain quality standards as per project specifications and approved drawings.
- Inspect civil work including RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, etc.
- Identify and rectify construction defects and quality issues.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and workmanship.
- Drawing & Technical Coordination
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants and senior engineers for drawing-related issues.
- Ensure site work is carried out according to the latest approved drawings.
- Report discrepancies or technical issues immediately.
- Material & Resource Management
- Monitor material requirements and consumption at site.
- Coordinate with stores/procurement for timely availability of materials.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper storage.
- Monitor manpower and equipment utilization.
- Progress Monitoring
- Track daily construction progress against project schedules.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Highlight delays, site constraints, and requirements to the Project Manager.
- Assist in planning upcoming construction activities.
- Contractor Management
- Supervise contractor and subcontractor activities.
- Verify work quantities and ensure work is completed as per agreed specifications.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and productivity.




- Ensure contractors follow site safety and quality requirements.
- Safety & Site Discipline
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures at the construction site.
- Coordinate with the safety team regarding PPE, housekeeping, and protected working practices.
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents to the concerned authority.
- Maintain proper site discipline and housekeeping.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, checklists, measurements, inspection reports, and work-related documentation.
- Maintain daily labour and work progress records.
- Support quantity measurement and billing verification.
- Maintain proper records of site instructions and approvals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Solid knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of quality control and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

CANDIDATE PROFILE The candidate should be a responsible and technically sound Civil Engineer capable of independently handling day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring timely completion of assigned construction activities. Experience: 4–5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
