About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate with contractors and consultants, monitor construction progress, and ensure that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Industrial Construction’s Activity, PB building, structural Erection, Infrastructure Development.
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved architectural, structural, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Check dimensions, levels, materials, and workmanship as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation.
- Verify quantities and measurements of completed work.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Monitor material quality and ensure proper storage and usage.




- Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or quality issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety practices at the construction site.
- Review drawings and communicate any discrepancies or technical requirements to the concerned senior.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding work sequence, manpower, materials, and timelines.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.
- Maintain proper records of site instructions, approvals, revisions, and executed work.
- Ensure that site work follows approved specifications and applicable building standards. Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience

Must have 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction Industrial Projects /site execution, preferably in residential, commercial, or architectural projects.
