Key Responsibilities

Daily Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.

Project Scheduling: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labourers to maintain project schedules.

Quality & Safety Control: Monitor and enforce quality control and safety standards in office.

Documentation: Prepare site reports, BBS , documentation, and progress updates.

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams to resolve site-related issues.

Job Qualifications

Education: Degree/diploma in Civil

Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in multistorey building construction.

Technical Mastery: Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Technical Skills & Software Knowledge

CAD & BIM Tools: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Project Management: Project scheduling software, Microsoft Project

Compliance & Engineering Standards: Construction site safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
