Decent Decor is looking for a Site Engineer (Civil & Interior) with 3–5 years of experience to manage in office execution of high-end interior fit-outs and civil renovation projects.

? Key Responsibilities

- Supervise civil & interior site execution including flooring, false ceiling, joinery, modular furniture and MEP coordination.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and fabricators.
- Ensure quality, finishing and execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Manage site measurements, vendor bills, material consumption and wastage.
- Prepare DPR/WPR and provide regular project updates.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline.

? Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Civil Execution / Interior Fit-out.
- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- Good understanding of 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of interior materials, hardware, paints, plywood, laminates and execution techniques.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
