A Site Data Entry Operator for Mechanic manages and records daily mechanical site documentation, equipment metrics, and progress logs for construction or projects

Key Responsibilities

- Log Site Data: Maintain daily records of mechanical work, equipment performance, and machinery status.

- Prepare Reports: Create Daily Progress Reports (DPR) along with weekly summaries of site operations.

- Track Inventory: Record material receipts, usage rates, and current stock levels.

- Manage Attendance: Keep records of worker deployment and daily manpower attendance.

- Verify Information: Collect and cross-check raw data provided by site engineers and supervisors.

- Team Coordination: Communicate regularly with mechanical supervisors, site teams, and head offices.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an ITI certificate in a relevant mechanical trade.

- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in site data entry or general mechanical site tasks.

- Technical Skills: NWAY ERP Knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel and digital record-keeping.

- Soft Skills: High typing accuracy, robust attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
