Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage site execution of corporate interior projects from planning to completion.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for project estimation and costing purposes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate interiors or related field.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for design documentation.
- Solid understanding of BOQ preparation process for accurate estimating and costing.
