What You Will Do

- Build and nurture relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff at clinical trial sites.
- Support site staff with study protocols, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize performance through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored site engagement strategies.
- Monitor site performance metrics and provide insights on engagement activities and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of onsite monitoring experience in a multinational company,



with at least 5 years in project or clinical trial management.
- Proven ability to manage entire site operations independently.
- Experience with Subject Expert Committee (SEC) presentations to Regulatory Authorities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.

Nice To Have Skills

- Expertise in project oversight and strategic site engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with SIVs (Site Initiation Visits) and clinical trial project management tools.

Preferred Education & Experience

- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Extensive onsite monitoring experience within an MNC environment.
- Prior experience working with regulatory authorities and conducting SEC presentations.
