About The Role Our client, a leading global Contract Research Organisation (CRO), is seeking an experienced Site Care Partner to drive strategic engagement with clinical trial sites across India. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the organisation and key site stakeholders, ensuring successful site activation, protocol adoption, regulatory compliance, and patient recruitment performance.

Working closely with investigators, site leadership, and cross-functional study teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality clinical research and fostering strong site partnerships. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior site stakeholders, including investigators, Site Directors, Laboratory Heads, and institutional decision-makers.
- Drive site engagement and support the successful adoption and execution of clinical study protocols.
- Present study protocols, amendments, and updates to Site Ethics Committees (SECs) and other site governance bodies.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure site readiness, compliance, and operational success.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate site-level risks that may impact recruitment, study timelines, or protocol adherence.
- Support site selection and feasibility assessments by providing strategic, data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site teams to enhance patient recruitment, retention, and overall study performance.
- Monitor site performance and proactively address operational challenges throughout the study lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to site stakeholders, ensuring alignment with study objectives and regulatory requirements.




- Travel to investigator sites as required, typically one to two times per month.

Qualifications & Experience Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within clinical research, including roles such as Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Manager, Site Management Associate, or similar.
- Strong experience managing multiple clinical trial sites and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to present clinical study protocols and influence site or institutional decision-makers.
- Sound understanding of clinical research operations, regulatory requirements, and scientific principles.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable clinical trial regulations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working within a global CRO or multinational pharmaceutical organisation.
- Exposure to site feasibility assessments, site activation, and patient recruitment strategies.
- Experience presenting to Ethics Committees, Institutional Review Boards, or similar governance bodies.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing site relationships and delivering operational excellence.
