Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall day-to-day showroom operations. Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Handle customers professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience. Monitor stock, inventory, product displays, and showroom cleanliness. Coordinate product receiving, billing, and stock movement.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.



Coordinate with management and other departments as required.

Maintain showroom discipline and ensure company policies are followed.

Requirements Minimum 1 years of experience in showroom, retail, or sales management. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Leadership and team-management abilities. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/inventory systems. Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
