About the Role

Reform Media is looking for a Shopify Ads Specialist who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for Shopify and e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, conversion tracking, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on driving sales and improving ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns for Shopify and e-commerce brands.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and manage campaign structures, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and profitability.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.




- Track Shopify sales and advertising performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in Meta, Google, and Shopify advertising.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, preferably for Shopify/e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce performance marketing.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on ROI/ROAS.
- Valuable understanding of Shopify analytics and sales funnels.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with international e-commerce markets will be an added advantage.
