About The Role We are seeking a talented Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our e-commerce storefronts. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and optimizing our Shopify themes, converting design files into pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive pages, and ensuring the overall performance and stability of our online store.

You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the user experience. Your expertise will help us deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers, especially during high-traffic sale events. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Liquid development at the section and snippet level, with solid foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture, including sections, blocks, schema, JSON templates, and metafields, is essential.

Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting third-party Shopify apps such as reviews, subscriptions, loyalty programs, upsells, WhatsApp commerce, and Klaviyo is required. Basic understanding of the Shopify Admin/Storefront API via REST or GraphQL, along with a portfolio demonstrating personal projects, freelance stores, or theme customizations, is highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable working within a Git-based workflow, able to debug independently by analyzing error logs and browser consoles, and possess a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

- Customize and maintain our Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including sections, blocks, snippets, and JSON templates.
- Convert Figma or design files into pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive storefront pages that align with brand standards.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Shopify apps such as reviews, subscriptions, loyalty, upsells, WhatsApp commerce, and Klaviyo to enhance store functionality.
- Identify and resolve storefront bugs, cart, and checkout issues promptly to minimize downtime and revenue loss during live operations.
- Optimize site performance through image optimization, script and app audits,



and adherence to Core Web Vitals best practices.
- Set up and QA tracking tools like GA4 and Meta Pixel to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Support high-traffic sales days with pre-launch quality assurance and load testing to ensure site stability and performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized Git workflow for all theme modifications, ensuring version control and collaboration efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall store performance.
