Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary link between the Digital Onboarding Team, Customers, and Shipping Operations Team.
2. Coordinate freight pricing, bookings, schedules, and space availability with shipping partners.
3. Ensure smooth shipment execution from booking confirmation to delivery.
4. Provide timely shipment updates and resolve operational issues.
5. Maintain shipment records and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping Operations, or Logistics Coordination.
- Experience in Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) operations is preferred.
