Experience: 3+ Years experience in Production / Shift Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge to manage shift-wise production operations, manpower, quality, safety, and coordination to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily & shift-wise production plans
- Manage manpower, machines & resources
- Monitor production output, downtime & material usage
- Ensure quality, safety, hygiene & SOP compliance
- Supervise, guide & develop operators/technicians
- Coordinate with Maintenance & Quality teams
- Ensure accurate SAP entries & production documentation
- Prepare effective shift handover reports
- Ensure smooth coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance & Dispatch

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ Years experience in Production / Shift Operations
- Robust team handling & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP, production documentation & shop-floor operations
- Strong focus on quality and safety
