Job Title: Jitterbit Consultant / Jitterbit Integration Developer

Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore / Remote

Experience: 4-10+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Jitterbit Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations using the Jitterbit Harmony platform. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and application teams to integrate Salesforce, ERP systems, databases, cloud applications, and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop integrations using Jitterbit Harmony.
- Build and maintain APIs, web services, ETL processes, and data synchronization solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP, finance, CRM, HR, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop integration mappings, transformations, orchestrations, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to gather requirements.
- Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Support production incidents and implement enhancements.
- Adhere to integration governance, security, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Jitterbit Harmony Platform.
- Strong understanding of:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- JSON / XML
- ETL and Data Migration
- API Management
- Database Integration (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)

- Experience integrating Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms:

- OAuth
- JWT
- Basic Authentication
- SAML

- Experience with error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Robust SQL and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle EBS, SAP,



NetSuite, or Workday integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, or other iPaaS platforms.
- DevOps, CI/CD, Git version control experience.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Jitterbit Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
