Job Title: ServiceNow TPRM Developer / Architect / Business Analyst

We are looking for experienced professionals with solid expertise in ServiceNow Development and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The role involves working on ServiceNow-based TPRM/IRM/VRM solutions, application development, workflows, integrations, and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for TPRM/Risk Management.
- Work on TPRM, IRM, VRM and GRC modules.
- Develop custom applications, workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Scheduled Jobs.
- Design and implement system integrations with ServiceNow.
- Understand and implement Risk Management and GRC processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
- For BA profiles: Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Process Mapping, GAP Analysis, FRD/BRD preparation and UAT Management.
- Participate in solution design, technical discussions and implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions for ServiceNow applications.

- Banking / Financial Services experience is preferred.
- Candidates from Captives, Banking, Financial Institutions and Service-based organizations can be considered.
