- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.




- Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.
- Experience in ServiceNow customization, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates willing to work in a Hybrid mode from Hyderabad are preferred.
