Develop and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts ,Script Includes, Widgets
Integrate ServiceNow applications with third applications using REST/SOAP APIs
Work with stakeholders to design testing strategies for development, QA and UAT environments
Workflow, Flow designer, Event management, email notifications, Integration with 3rd party tool, Portal design
LDAP integration, Service Catalog, Reporting, CMDB, Data migration, Application migration from instance to instance
Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements, ACL,UI policies/Actions, web services and ServiceNow best practice in terms of development
