Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using Service Catalog, CMDB, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, REST APIs etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ITIL) by implementing best practices for incident management, problem management, change management etc.
Job Requirements :
- 3.5-7 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of configuration options available in ServiceNow such as Service Catalog, CMDB etc.
- Proficiency in writing JavaScript code snippets for client scripts and script includes.
