Role & responsibilities
Skilled and experienced ServiceNow professional with a scripting and GRC modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of agile methodologies and excellent documentation skills.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the IT industry.
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Positive Experience of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) processes and terminology.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and workflow development.
Familiarity with the Agile framework and methodologies.
Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge articles.
Strong documentation skills for technical and process documentation.
Experience with Service Portal and Workspace is a plus.
Additional Skills
Knowledge of Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules is an added advantage
