We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM. Candidates with experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Work on ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Workflows, and other ServiceNow components.
- Configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Work on integrations and ServiceNow enhancements.
- Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and production activities.




- Collaborate with functional and technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills :

- ServiceNow Development
- ServiceNow ITSM
- ServiceNow ITOM
- ServiceNow scripting and configuration
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Workflows
- Good understanding of ServiceNow development lifecycle

Preferred :

- Banking / Financial Services domain experience
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations

Eligibility :

- 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
- Candidates should be comfortable with the Viman Nagar, Pune location requirement
- 5 days work from home
