Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Work extensively on ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, and other ServiceNow components.
- Configure and enhance the Service Catalog.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other technical teams.
- Apply ITIL processes and best practices while designing and implementing solutions.

Key Requirements :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Strong experience with ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Positive knowledge of JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
- Experience working with Service Catalog.
- Strong experience in REST API integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
