About the Role

ReliSoft Technologies is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and ITSM modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work on ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs.
- Configure workflows, notifications, approvals, forms, lists, and service catalog items.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support for ServiceNow implementations.
- Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and other developers to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and platform guidelines.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.




- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies / UI Actions
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Workflows / Flow Designer
- Service Catalog
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, forms, lists, and update sets.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- Knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow application development and scoped applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
