ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead AI-powered ServiceNow solutions, drive architecture and governance, and manage client-facing delivery across complex engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions.
- Define architecture, security, governance and compliance standards.
- Conduct client discovery workshops and shape AI roadmaps.
- Introduce GenAI and agentic patterns into ServiceNow workflows.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams.
- Drive stakeholder management, innovation and sustainable delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Advanced ServiceNow architecture:



App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Apps.
- Virtual Agent, AI Search and Now Assist.
- LLM integration, prompt engineering and AI evaluation.
- Agentic AI, orchestration, RAG and vector search concepts.
- Azure OpenAI / AWS / GCP AI services and AI observability.
- Responsible AI, governance and compliance.
- REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth and SAML.
- Robust client communication, leadership and negotiation skills.

Ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow expertise with the ability to lead teams, engage clients and deliver AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
