Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM + ITSM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Customer Service Management (CSM), Case Management, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Employee Center/Service Portal, and core ITSM modules.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, automating business processes, implementing workflows, and integrating CSM with Service Catalog and other ServiceNow functionalities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCSM Development

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
- Work extensively with CSM Case Management and related workflows.
- Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and other ServiceNow components as required.
- Support continuous improvements and enhancements to existing CSM applications.

Service Catalog
- Configure and customize Catalog Items, Record Producers, RITMs, approvals, and fulfillment workflows.
- Develop catalog-based request processes based on business requirements.
- Configure variables, variable sets, catalog client scripts, and catalog UI policies.
- Implement appropriate routing and fulfillment logic.

Flow Designer
- Develop and maintain workflows and automations using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Configure approval flows, routing logic, SLAs, notifications, and fulfillment processes.
- Implement conditional logic and error handling within flows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing flows and automation.

Employee Center / Service Portal
- Develop and configure Employee Center / Service Portal functionality.
- Build intake/request pages and user-facing service experiences.




- Implement request submission and status-tracking functionality.
- Customize portal components based on business requirements.

ITSM
- Strong foundational knowledge of core ITSM modules, including:
- Incident Management
- Request Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Understand how ITSM processes integrate with CSM and Service Catalog.

Integrations
- Implement and support CSM + Service Catalog integrations.
- Develop conditional routing based on business rules and request/case attributes.
- Troubleshoot integration and workflow-related issues.
- Work with REST/SOAP integrations where applicable.

Required Skills
- 5–6 years of overall hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow CSM and Case Management.
- Good hands-on experience with Service Catalog and RITM workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer.
- Experience with Employee Center and/or Service Portal.
- Positive understanding of ITSM processes and modules.
- Experience with CSM, Catalog, and workflow integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and customization.
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-CSM will be an added advantage.
